The CAC Group has adopted a Basic Sustainability Policy for the purpose of helping build a sustainable society as a company offering digital solutions that create the digital products and services which play a leading role in addressing the problems facing customers and society. This policy reflects the aspiration in our management. It also identifies issues that we should address from among many different existing problems facing customers and society as material issues. It has identified four such issues. Specifically, environmentally friendly corporate activities, a workplace environment that is rewarding and chosen by employees, helping establish an enriched society and providing value, and compliance, risk management and governance to earn the trust of society.
The CAC Group is convinced that its people are its most important asset. We have long been working on health and productivity management, diversity and inclusion, along with human resources development, to help our employees display their potential to the fullest degree. We will step up these actions in the future. For other material issues, we will set targets and strive to meet them.
These initiatives are meant to enable the CAC Group to achieve continuous growth while helping to build a sustainable society. We believe that they are essential to our transformation into a corporate group that consistently makes a positive impact on society through technologies and ideas, as stated in CAC Vision 2030, and into a sustainable corporate group.
