Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs)

The WEPs are action guidelines developed by the United Nations Global Compact and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) in March 2010 for proactively advancing women’s empowerment. They consist of seven principles for prompting businesses to place gender equality at the heart of management and to take proactive steps.

CAC Holdings signed the WEPs in December 2022 and internationally declared its position to advance women’s empowerment.
