CAC Holdings Corporation (the "Company") announces that a meeting of the Board of Directors held today unofficially decided to change Representative Directors and Officers. Details are as follows. The subject matter will be officially determined at the 57th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 29, 2023 and the Board of Directors’ meeting to be held immediately thereafter.

(2) Reason for the change
The current management team headed by the President and CEO, which started in January 2021, has been on the right track.
