NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CORPORATE NAME OF OVERSEAS SUBSIDIARY

At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 26, 2018 (local time), our overseas consolidated subsidiary Accel Frontline Limited decided to change the trade name (corporate name) on the condition that this change will be approved at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders.

3. Reason for change
The trade name is to be changed based on a decision to overhaul the internal system and make a fresh new start to undertake a change in business.
